Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, WA-Artist Point
State Route 542 is open, depending upon the weather, from June/July to the first substantial snowfall around late September
to early October. From Glacier, Washington, it’s a winding road to the top. The views of Mount Baker and Mount Shuksan are spectacular and rated, by many, as the best views in Washington State. However, in this image I wanted to depict one of my favorite techniques of photography….capturing “leading lines”.
